Job Description
- Delivering and collecting post and documents around all our offices
- Arranging for outsize to be copied off site and delivered/collected
- Assisting our Facilities Manager with office redesigns and Health & Safety aspects and building maintenance
- Stationery monitoring
- Photocopying, collating and binding
- Reception and switchboard
- Daily banking for Accounts
- Filing and recording
- Archiving
- There will also be some lifting of waste paper bags and boxes of files
Personal Qualities :
- Friendly and approachable to work with all members of staff
- Committed and enthusiastic to learn the job
- Able to take guidance constructively
- Able to multi-task
Skills Required :
- Driver with own vehicle essential (this is because an essential part of this job involves travelling between offices with documents and post).
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Word & Outlook
Future Prospects : No identified career path but we are a diverse Firm and there may be opportunities for higher admin roles.
