Job Description

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Assist with collating and distribution Board packs on monthly basis.

  • Assist with arranging UK and global travel and accommodation requirements including hotels, trains, visas and flights.

  • Oversee the efficient running of Bardon Reception - 2 job share Receptionists.

  • Daily Support, weekly team meetings, monitor roles and responsibilities, annual leave records.

  • Assist PA with producting, photocopying documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation material including PowerPoint presentations.

  • Arrange meetings on and off site, create and distribute agendas.

  • Producing, updating and distribution weekly Exec Movement Records.

  • Assist with general internal business communications.

  • Devise and maintain appropriate paper and electronic based administration systems.

  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, relaying appropriately or handling when necessary.

  • Meeting and greeting visitors as required.
