KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with collating and distribution Board packs on monthly basis.
- Assist with arranging UK and global travel and accommodation requirements including hotels, trains, visas and flights.
- Oversee the efficient running of Bardon Reception - 2 job share Receptionists.
- Daily Support, weekly team meetings, monitor roles and responsibilities, annual leave records.
- Assist PA with producting, photocopying documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation material including PowerPoint presentations.
- Arrange meetings on and off site, create and distribute agendas.
- Producing, updating and distribution weekly Exec Movement Records.
- Assist with general internal business communications.
- Devise and maintain appropriate paper and electronic based administration systems.
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, relaying appropriately or handling when necessary.
- Meeting and greeting visitors as required.
