Job Description
Responsibilities include connecting the showroom to our Hatton Garden workshops, general maintenance of the shop, cleaning of jewellery pieces and general customer service duties. In time, you will be expected to sell high value jewellery pieces and provide an exceptional level of customer service having gained the knowledge required.
Personal Qualities :
An outgoing friendly personality will be essential to the role, as is the ability to adapt, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Candidates must be well presented, hardworking and motivated. Given the nature of the retail environment, punctuality, reliability and a can-do attitude are essential.
Skills Required :
Applicants must be articulate with good communication and IT skills. As this is an entry level position where training will be provided, we place a greater importance on the candidate’s personal qualities.
