Job Description
Reporting to the Office Manager you will naturally be an effective communicator, hold attention to detail and ideally have an interest in the property environment within an interesting and varied role. Specific tasks:
Finance Administration:
- Posting Receipts into the bank accounts.
- Posting Supplier invoices and setting up ready for payment processing.
- Creating demands for service charge or ground rent fees and distributing.
- Researching reconciliation differences.
- Undertaking account reconciliations.
- Researching un-identified receipts and payments.
- Matching un-allocated receipts to demands.
Property & Legal Administration:
- Issuing of letters.
- Investigating and answering client enquiries.
- Administrating property management tasks e.g. organising surveys, reviewing certificates, processing insurance documents and a range of other such administrative processes.
Administrating Company Secretary tasks:
- Submitting forms to Companies House, checking company details.
- Administrating Debt Recovery tasks, legal case assistance.
Administrative Support:
- Packaging and Posting notices.
- Scanning documents.
- Following up on unpaid invoices and statements.
- Archiving documentation.
- Answering Client and Internal enquiries.
- Attend Sheffield College - City Campus for 1 day per week in term time for the first 15 weeks.
Personal Qualities :
- IT literate - working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Proactive - enquiring mind Amiable and outgoing Professional presentation.
