Job Description
- Service Delivery & Outcomes.
- Preparing template letters, reports and forms and managing printing/ photocopying requests as necessary.
- Accurate data inputting of new referral letters received by post, fax or telephone call.
- Arranging client appointments and accurate data inputting onto the service database and spreadsheets and within the required timescales.
- Maintaining practitioners’ diaries.
- Dealing with basic client and practitioner enquiries and putting this information onto the database.
- Sending out client letters and reports where appropriate.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Preparing and providing new client files for practitioners.
- Closing returned client files and inputting on database.
- Ensure all information received via e-mail, telephone etc. is communicated accurately and in a timely manner to appropriate personnel.
- Liaise with external bodies (e.g. GP surgeries, clients) on behalf of the service as necessary.
- Ensure that sufficient stationery stocks are maintained.
