You will be mentored, coached and guided through a structured training programme to learn and develop sales skills which will serve as you develop into a fully fledged sales executive. Skills acquired will equip you to deal with every stage of the complete sales life cycle which includes the following:
Learning through on the job training, product specific training and technical product certification. Obtaining experience in:
- Contacting customers to introduce services
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Order goods and equipment
- Dealing with wholesalers
- Processing purchase orders
- Collating information from customers
- Follow up calls for customer feedback
- Producing reports
- Processing paperwork

Future Prospects : The sales apprentice will be given opportunity to progress on to further levels upon successful completion of their apprenticeship.
A full time, permanent position is also available after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
