Job Description
Duties include
- Answering telephone calls and passing on messages
- Liaise with outreach staff and young people
- Prepare monthly invoices
- Prepare receipts for rent
- Typing up of minutes and records
- Making sure all documents on One Drive are updated
- Adding appointments to staff calendar
- Planning rota for staff
- Photocopying
- Checking weekily staff timesheets, invoices and mileage
- Updating files
- Making sure all documents are in packs for new starters and new residents induction.
- Other office admin
- Helping staff with some IT issues

Skills Required :
- IT literate
- Possess good organisational skills.
- Good communication skills with attention to detail.
Future Prospects : On successful completion of the Level 2 apprenticeship a Full time position within the organisation with the prospect of completing a Level 3 qualification may be available.
