We are looking for a confident and passionate individual to support our inhouse Marketing Officer based at our Maidstone Head Office.



This role is an exciting and varied one where no two weeks will be the same. One day you may be researching our main competitors in the marketplace and the next you’ll be creating engaging and shareable content for our website and Social media platforms.



You will support all day-to-day marketing activities, this would include but not limited to: content creation ( video and written ), liaising with prospective Foster Carers via phone and email whilst  updating all progress on our inhouse CRM system, creating engaging adverts for both online and offline, E-marketing using our preferred software, researching our current competitors in the market place and liaising with offices within the group.

Skills Required :

Essential:




  • Computer literate

  • Knowledge of various social media platforms

  • Good communicator with good telephone manner

  • Tech savvy



Desirable:




  • Website management experience (WP)

  • Adobe experience

  • Filming experience

  • Photography experience

  • Movie editing software experience

  • Current valid DBS



Future Prospects : Potential for full time employment for the right candidate.

There are opportunities to progress from a Level 2 to a Level 3 qualification.

Many employers retain apprentices in full/part time positions.

The Qualifications you gain can also help you to get into higher education or other employment.
