OverviewBASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To control and monitor all merchandise movements in and out of the stores location, ensuring that Zegna procedures are followed and that stock is managed according to the Zegna Excellence program standards.
Responsibilities- Manage the return to vendor procedure for faulty items, including liaison with QC department, return of garments and receipt of credit notes.
- Prepare documentation for shipping (intra and extra EEA)
- Update stock retail prices.
- Prepare inter-shop transfers and issue documentation. As well as issue merchandise invoices.
- Receive, Check and confirm merchandise incoming movement documents: BOL, TRS, TRM, VET.
- Manage the end of season returns.
- Stock inventory processes: Follow and adhere to Zegna inventory management procedures for preparation and reconciliation of twice yearly full stock inventory + ongoing stock management checks (mini stocktakes) and reconciliation in collaboration with Retail Logistic Co-ordinator.
- Produce RIS reports as required, for stock management and control purposes.
- Investigating negative stock issues and provide detail to retail logistics co-ordinator to be adjusted.
- Control, investigate and resolve missing deliveries/transfers.
- Manage all shipments and Uk deliveries to clients using Zegna-approved courier or shipping company.
- Manage issues of CITES documentation as required.
- Maintain the store stock room areas are in immaculate condition in terms of tidiness, organisation by product range, cleanliness.
- Monitor packaging stock levels and inform your direct manager of the situation at hand.
