We are seeking an ambitious, mature minded and confident individual to join our Customer Services Team. Working with our Customer Services Manager and Group Customer Services Co-ordinators you will
- prepare customer letters
- review customer email enquiries and log email concerns.
- The role also encompasses the administration of the Group’s telematics scheme and preparing reports for Directors.
- As you progress through your apprenticeship programme you will receive customer facing/customer issue resolution training.
- You will have the opportunity to learn from a team of highly skilled professionals and a range of company benefits and best of all, you will have the opportunity to gain permanent employment within the group.
