Duties would include:
- Answering the telephone
- Taking messages
- Photocopying
- Scanning documents and filing
- Logging incoming and outgoing mail
- Recording information on worksheets and databases.
- Assisting with other office duties as required

Skills Required :
- Good use of English language
- Confident in talking to the general public both on the telephone and in person
