1st Line IT Support Apprentice
As a 1st Line IT Support Apprentice you will be working as part of a small team in an established IT Newtorking Business.
Tasks vary but will typically include:
§ Working with customers by phone and email to diagnose faults
§ Setup and configure computer hardware
§ Install and configure/update software
§ Firewall and network configuration and troubleshooting
§ Proactive server monitoring and maintenance or cleanup tasks
§ Setting up of new users/mailboxes
§ Email server maintenance/upkeep
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for IT and enjoys problem solving. They will need
to be excellent communicators, organised, reliable and provide great customer service. Ideally you
will have had some experience in building your own machines or helping out family and friends with
computer issues.
There will be opportunities to progress in the company after a successful apprenticeship.

- Knowledge or understanding of computer builds
Future Prospects : Progression within the business and to level 4 available for the right candidate.
