Job Description
You will be working alongside the current team and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:
- Provide fantastic customer service to colleagues, employees and suppliers by telephone and email.
- Request relevant information in a timely manner to avoid any issues and escalations.
- Maintain accurate Fleet information on Computacenter’s database.
- Any other duties as directed in connection with the smooth running of the Computacenter Fleet.
Personal Qualities :
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Keen interest in business administration and fleet management .
Skills Required :
- Good Communication Skills - both speaking & listening.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respect and preserve confidentiality of personal data.
- Good administration and computer skills.
- Understanding of Vehicle Fleet Management.
