Job Description
You will be expected to carry out a range of duties within the salon that will include the following:
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients
• Take telephone bookings in a professional manner
• Maintain the salon’s cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Check stock levels
• Provide refreshments for clients
• Prepare clients for their treatments
• Over time assist with cuts
• Observe your colleagues to gain insight into techniques and develop interpersonal skills.
Your working week will consist of the following hours:
Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 6pm (1hr Lunch)
Friday 9am - 7pm (1hr Lunch)
Saturday 9am - 4pm (30min Lunch)

Future Prospects : Assuming you have displayed the work ethos, values and enthusiasm expected by Guy Kremer, you may be offered the opportunity to join the team as a full time member of staff (subject to the successful completion of the apprenticeship programme and the availability of a suitable position).
The Level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship will also provide you with the foundations required to progress to advanced qualifications such as the Level 3 Hairdressing Apprenticeship.
