Job Description
Your Daily Duties Will Include:
- Promoting the business on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter
- Traveling to each cafe to take photographs for the company website
- Create posts and updates for the company website
- Dealing with external suppliers
- Answering phone calls, emails and face to face enquiries
- Undertake typing of correspondence/reports etc. and other administrative duties as required
You must have the following skills:
- IT proficient
- Meticulous and organised
- Enthusiastic and hardworking
- Have good communication skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and timescales
- Attention to detail
- Able to work with a high degree of independence and as part of a team
- Good time management and the willingness to take a hands on approach
- Must be able to build strong relationships with others
This is a 12-15 Months Apprenticeship and you will work towards your Level 2 in Business Administration, alongside the award winning training provider, Lifetime Training!
Personal Qualities :
- Able to communicate verbally in a clear and effective manner, with both members of the public, external agencies and staff
Skills Required :
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Future Prospects : On going training and development encouraged by the employer which will give the applicant the opportunity to move on to a full time job.
