The HR Graduate Trainee Opportunity

We have an excellent role within our Human Resources Department at our EHQ offices in Luton.

As a HR Graduate Trainee, you will provide comprehensive administration support for the Human Resources Department EMEA, ensuring high standards in data accuracy and written materials in line with company Policies and procedures.

Here is some detail on some of the responsibilities you will perform whilst in this role

Preparation of new starters information including, offer letters, contracts, induction packs and induction schedules, to ensure the smooth integration of the new employees into all group Companies.
Coordinating the employee cycle from on boarding through to completion of probation period to include arranging pre employment testing, notifying the line manager of probation review dates and supporting the employee with any general queries.
Responsibility for ensuring the correct information is completed for leavers and sent to payroll within the required deadlines. Ensuring that leaver information is archived and filed in the relevant folders for easy access.
General administrational housekeeping to include, filing, composition of letters on behalf of the business, updating organisational charts, updating induction packs and changing reporting lines on the HRIS system.
To administrate the HRIS system to ensure it is used to its maximum potential liaising with management to obtain feedback on any improvements that could be made for the system and ensuring these are implemented.
Collection of monthly statistical information to form the basis of HR KPI reporting to show accurate service levels provided to the business units.
Producing and understanding policies in line with changes to legislation to ensure that the business is fully compliant. Ensuring that these policies are issued throughout the business via the HR Business Partners
Supporting the HR BP s on investigations and any other employee relations issues as and when requested.

HR Graduate Trainee Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

To perform this role successfully, you must have experience in a fast moving customer focused environment as well as be a team player with excellent communication skills.

You will be educated to degree level and be willing to undertake studies whilst in this role. You must have advanced administration and computer literacy skills and a proven ability to be proactive in improving company processes.

You must hold a valid full driving licence as travel for this position may be required. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate in order to further their career within the company.
