Job Description
Bespoke Construction Services Limited was incorporated in 1999 as a provider of a variety of services and solutions to the construction industry. At that time, its main focus was that of high quality interior fit outs and refurbishment to a wide range of clients within the following sectors; Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Leisure, Residential and Local Government.
After its initial success, the company have moved forward to be able to offer further more comprehensive services including their ability to deliver large scale construction projects within budget, time and of the quality their customers desire.
As an Administration Apprentice your role will be to assist with the day-day administration duties of the procurement team.
The role will involve tasks such as:
- Contacting Suppliers for delivery updates
- Contacting our Site Teams to agree or amend delivery dates
- Raising Purchase Orders with Suppliers
- Assisting with material tendering e.g. emailing material take offs to Suppliers to obtain costs of materials
- Inputting material costs into Excel spreadsheets

- Enthusiastic and have strong attention to detail
Skills Required :
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Outlook
Future Prospects : Prospects are good; you will gain valuable work experience in a busy office environment. Although there is no guarantee of a permanent position, those who show commitment to learn and demonstrate good understanding of tasks will be seriously considered for future vacancies.
