Job Description
The selected candidate will take part in the following duties:
- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages when necessary
- Providing support to reception
- Providing refreshments
- Providing administrative support to fee earners
- Post – scanning of incoming post and franking of outgoing post
- Photocopying, binding, faxing and scanning documents
- Inputting documents on to our document management system
- Copy typing if necessary
- Ensuring the office and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Archiving completed matters
- Scanning and filing of financial slips
- General errands, such as:
- Taking post to the post office/post box
- Taking cheques to the bank
- Taking fee earners to Court and other places when necessary
- Going to the shop to purchase tea, coffee, sugar etc.
- Collecting incoming post from our previous office
