Job Description

List of Main Duties:




  • Assist with vendor team administration including deal registration, internal campaign briefing, maintenance of the distribution matrix and contacts matrix and product forecasting.

  • Hot desk management of Vendors and Distribution partners

  • Manage incentive programmes

  • Assist with internal and external events

  • Assist with Sales and Technical accreditation across all vendors

  • Assist with Sales and Technical training

  • Communicate relevant industry and product updates and information to Sales, Technical, Marketing and Finance teams

  • Manage Vendor portal login/access


Personal Qualities :

  • Confident

  • Articulate

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Well organised.



Skills Required :

  • Good communication skills are essential as you will be working with a lot of internal and external customers.

  • Strong Excel skills with a natural flair for picking up new computer applications quickly.

  • Ability to work to deadlines.



Future Prospects : This role will give the successful candidate a broad understanding of the IT industry as well as insight into the nitty gritty of Sales and Marketing.



The role is on a 12 month fixed term contract with potential for a permanent role within the business.
