List of Main Duties:
- Assist with vendor team administration including deal registration, internal campaign briefing, maintenance of the distribution matrix and contacts matrix and product forecasting.
- Hot desk management of Vendors and Distribution partners
- Manage incentive programmes
- Assist with internal and external events
- Assist with Sales and Technical accreditation across all vendors
- Assist with Sales and Technical training
- Communicate relevant industry and product updates and information to Sales, Technical, Marketing and Finance teams
- Manage Vendor portal login/access

- Articulate
- Good attention to detail.
- Well organised.
Skills Required :
- Good communication skills are essential as you will be working with a lot of internal and external customers.
- Strong Excel skills with a natural flair for picking up new computer applications quickly.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
Future Prospects : This role will give the successful candidate a broad understanding of the IT industry as well as insight into the nitty gritty of Sales and Marketing.
The role is on a 12 month fixed term contract with potential for a permanent role within the business.
