Job Description

Essential functions and basic duties:



Your main duty is to act as the front of house representative at Freeman Johnson, this involves:




  • Meeting and greeting clients.

  • Dealing with queries from clients.

  • Arranging appointments accordingly.



Any ad-hoc duties as below:




  • Photocopying and preparation of legal documents for the courts.

  • Answering the telephone/making telephone calls to clients and solicitors.

  • Taking down messages/distribute via email or notes.

  • Copy typing – possibly audio typing as well although training will be provided.

  • Scanning of completed files.

  • Front of house – meeting and greeting clients, dealing with queries from clients, arranging appointments accordingly.

  • Handling petty cash and payments.


Personal Qualities :

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft and Excel packages

  • Ability to work independently and as part of small and busy team

  • Responsible

  • Punctual

  • Efficient

  • Be able to use own initiative

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Ability to make efficient use of resources

  • High level of motivation

  • Good social skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
