Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Food preparation including chopping, slicing and dicing of ingredients.
- Assist with stock rotation.
- Assist in ensuring safe, hygienic working and storage practices are carried out at all times.
- Preparing kitchen.
- Assist with the cleaning down and washing up with other chefs.
The role will require for you to work evenings/weekends and peak holidays, as these are the busiest times.
