DUTIES:
- Filing
- Setting up filing systems
- Keeping systems up to date
- Creating documents
- Data entry and retrieval
- Updating personnel records
- Invoicing and collating payments
- Supporting the office administrator and office manager in their day to day duties
Personal Qualities :
- Good Time keeper
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Adaptability
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: mainly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Office experience would be beneficial
- Be well organised and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy
- Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work on their own initiative
Future Prospects : The opportunity to progress onto a Level 3, and/or gain full time employment on completion of the apprenticeship.
