Overview
Full Time Sales Assistant Required for our Successful Boutique in Bicester Village
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Associate is responsible for:
• The achievement of personal and boutique sales targets
• The development of sales initiatives
• Providing exemplary customer service in line with the Brand and Mystery Shopping guidelines
o (including claim management and After Sales Service)
• The handling of (VIP)-customers following the mission statement
• Providing all necessary information for the customer database as per CRM project
• Ensuring a high standard of visibility inside and outside the boutique
• Ensuring high quality product promotion
• Taking care of correct cash in and daily cash count
• Supporting and promoting a positive team atmosphere
The Sales Associate ensures:
• Adhesion to Boutique security guidelines and loss prevention procedures
• Regular inventory controls and random stock checks
• Accurate stock control (deliveries, transfers, stock counts and basic admin duties)
• Communication is carried out in a motivational and team building manner
• Correct and accurate information is provided for all reporting tools
• Proper Boutique maintenance
Proven track record in Sales
Team working spirit
Proactive, committed & motivated
High levels of communication
English (fluent) and second language preferred
IT skills
Experience in Bicester Village is desirable, but not essential
