Job Description

The Employee will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Office Manager through the following activities:




  • General duties required to execute the administrative requirements of all companies within the Leith Planning Limited Group

  • All filing and printing for all Leith Planning Group companies

  • Monitoring and ordering Stationary for the office

  • Organising, recording, distributing and filing all Post received and managing all post sent out of the office

  • Management of the filing system for both open and closed projects

  • Updating of the Billable List

  • Handling and distributing incoming calls

  • Management of the filing system in storage

  • Saving emails and managing the recording system for the Telephone Calls

  • Assist in maintaining and updating online schedules

  • Maintaining the Office (tidying and general upkeep)

  • General Support to the Assistant Office Manager in the first instance albeit to all members of the Leith Planning Group of companies.
