Job Description
The Employee will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Office Manager through the following activities:
- General duties required to execute the administrative requirements of all companies within the Leith Planning Limited Group
- All filing and printing for all Leith Planning Group companies
- Monitoring and ordering Stationary for the office
- Organising, recording, distributing and filing all Post received and managing all post sent out of the office
- Management of the filing system for both open and closed projects
- Updating of the Billable List
- Handling and distributing incoming calls
- Management of the filing system in storage
- Saving emails and managing the recording system for the Telephone Calls
- Assist in maintaining and updating online schedules
- Maintaining the Office (tidying and general upkeep)
- General Support to the Assistant Office Manager in the first instance albeit to all members of the Leith Planning Group of companies.
