Roles and responsibilities:
General workshop and office assistant duties which will include:
- Order processing, picking and compiling
- Packing and distribution of parcels, including use of franking machine
- Record keeping, stock and sales
- Invoicing
- Message taking
- Customer liaison, using email, social media and telephone
- Supplier liaison - restocking, invoicing and chasing
- Some marketing responsibilities, including website updating, use of photoshop etc will be included for the right candidate
- General office duties

- Good interpersonal skills.
Skills Required :
- Good English & Maths.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Word.
