We have an exciting apprenticeship within the heart of Manchester City Centre.
If you are successful, you will be working for a leading training provider that specialises in Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
We require a confident and target driven person to work alongside the Social Media and Marketing team.
This is a role that is challenging yet rewarding and will offer you a great kick start to your career. You will also receive a Social Media and Digital Marketing Level 3 Qualification within the framework and gain a multitude of skills throughout your time.
You should:
- Be able to liaise with customer and supplier alike in a business-like manner.
- Be able to work under pressure, be polite and deal with enquires over social media in a professional manner.
- Be able to take calls from customers.
- Good IT skills are essential.
- Drive traffic/business/sales through social media.
- Manage all social media platforms- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Posting adverts and updating on social media platforms.
- Creating social media campaigns promoting service - Apprenticeships/Traineeships/PET.
- Image and video editing.
- Content creation across all social media platforms.
- Reporting to Digital Marketing manager daily.
To be successful, you should possess the following:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Highly detail orientated and able to prioritise workload.
- Excellent computer skills and experience using a CRM system.
