To be considered for this English Graduate Teaching Assistant post, you must be a sincere English graduate who has achieved a 2 1 or above in your degree and previous experience supporting children. The successful candidate will have the skills to effectively communicate their ideas and thoughts to everyone in school. You will be able to maintain a professional approach at all times, acting as an example to all of what can be achieved through hard work and dedication. Your portfolio will include a firm belief in the importance of infusing children with drive and ambition from a young age.

As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working alongside the class teacher you will supervise outside class learning from pupils who have been identified as needing extra support or motivation.
