As an Apprentice your duties will include:
- The ability to provide a personal service to all customers
- Updating social media
- Email support
- To comply with any reasonable instruction in a positive manner.
- Maintaining stationary levels and consumables
- Typing
- Filing
- Answering the telephone in a polite and efficient manner
- Creating letters and documents
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Input data into databases
- Any other Admin duties seen fit by your supervisor
You will be fully supported throughout your Apprenticeship.
