Job Description

We require a confident and friendly person for a front of house role at our busy Accountants practice.



Duties to include;




  • Answering the telephone to external callers, dealing with calls

  • Taking messages

  • Greeting visitors (clients, suppliers etc)

  • Scanning incoming post

  • Printing letters

  • Franking outgoing post

  • Providing drink refreshments for clients

  • Scanning and filing documents

  • Providing general support to the Admin Team as required.



You must be well presented and smart with a confident telephone manner and good communication skills.  Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, friendly, adaptable and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.  You should be computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook and have Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above.  Full training will be given on the telephone, internal software packages and our internal procedures.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn admin procedures in a busy office environment, with the potential to gain experience and work your way up.

  • General admin duties as reasonably directed



Future Prospects : Progression onto further Apprenticeship programmes
Full-time position may be available after successful completion of the Apprenticeship process
