Banks Sheridan, In Crewe, are searching to recruit a HR Administrator Apprentice to join their team.
You will be the first point of contact as the front of house and smart appearance is essential, your tasks will be varied and will include:
- Telephone answering and greeting visitors
- Assisting with Marketing
- Liaising with contractors
- Administration ad-hoc duties
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Data input & typing
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Making sure stationary suppliers are in stock
- Assisting the office manager with her duties
Personal Qualities :
- Friendly and energetic
- Reliable / Good Timekeeper
- Enthusiastic and Positive thinking
Skills Required :
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Good use of verbal and written English
- Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations
- IT skills, experience in Word and Excel preferable.
Future Prospects : Full time position planned for the right candidate based on successful completion of the apprenticeship process and company finances at the time.
