Job Description
The main duties and responsibilities for the Recruitment Resource Assistant are;
- CV assessment: Filtering through CV applications, matching them to the job criteria and contact the successful and unsuccessful applicants via phone and email.
- Inputting candidate information onto the company database.
- Booking interviews and meetings
- Creating and keeping candidate files up to date
- Assisting the recruitment director in order to achieve bonus
- Any other Ad hoc administrative duties required in order for the business to run smoothly and successfully.

Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills in all aspects
Future Prospects : Progression on to a full recruitment consultant’s role – Starting salary £25,000 per annum plus uncapped bonuses
