Job Description
Your duties will include:
- Receiving customer enquiries, sending quotations, processing orders and liaising with customers by email and telephone;
- Liaising with our production department;
- Inputting data to the Sage Line 50 accounting system;
- Reporting to the Accountant and Managing Director
- In-house training will be provided in all aspects of our administrative processes.

- Attention to detail and a desire to ‘get things right’
- Good communication skills.
- Good team player
Skills Required :
- Some basic technical knowledge
- Ability to fully document work for quality control purposes
- Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills are essential including confident use of Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Email and Website.
