Job Description
The Petroleum Exploration Society organise conferences, courses, galas and field trips for individuals who work within the oil industry. We are a trade association representing around 5000 people who work within geosciences. Though a small team we achieive great things and are always open to new ideas and ways of working collaboratively with other organisations in our sector.
The role will be supporting the conferening team to stage some of our larger events. These events have an international appeal and though a second language is not necessary it could prove useful.
Office hours are 9-5 with participation in events additional to this.
Ideally an events degree but other degrees considered where excellent organisational skills and attention to detail can be demonstrated.
Qualifications
- If successful, you must have permission to work in the UK by the start of your employment
- You must be able to speak English fluently
