• Taking incoming phone calls and transferring messages to other members of staff
• Booking appointments with the surgery, farm/equine visits and routine surgery cases
• Greeting clients at the surgery
• Dispensing medicines under the authority of the veterinary staff
• Cleaning waiting room and consulting rooms
• General administration
