Job Description

The main duties and responsibilities of the apprentice accounts manager are but not limited to:




  • Uploading & updating events with tickets for sale- Keeping relevant trackers up to date

  • Data entry- Undertaking customer service & customer support training

  • Gathering information on current & prospective clients

  • Researching new markets and new events

  • Researching relevant content for our website

  • Uploading the weekly newsletter into CMS

  • Updating the front page of the website - Updating mailing lists

  • Sending e-flyers/mailers in Mail Chimp

  • Working on site at festivals & large scale events from time to time

  • Competent in Microsoft packages

Future Prospects : Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time. There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.
