Getting to grips with the day to day financial running of a leading agency, you’ll take on a variety of duties - from drafting and creating invoices to reviewing freelancer timesheets to maintaining billing and revenue records - that will enhance your skillset and equip you for a successful future in an essential industry.
An ideal role for someone with a keen interest in pursuing a qualification in accountancy, you’ll need excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organisation and time management skills. Proactive and self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy, you’ll be a team player who’s willing to support other team members whenever necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up new clients and jobs in SAP (business process software) and reviewing jobs on a regular basis
- Drafting invoices and gaining authorisation from Client Service Team and creating invoices and sending out to Client on a timely basis
- Maintaining records and back-up for expense billing and maintaining all documentation for revenue
- Ensuring no WIP items are outstanding over a period of 60 days and assisting in the production of weekly aged WIP reports
- SAP user maintenance
- Reviewing freelancer timesheets and updating accordingly
- Accounts payable - raising POs as required, reviewing PO reports on a regular basis and supporting AP queries from the business
- Supporting finance team on tasks and ad hoc analysis as required
