Job Description
The role and duties of the Office Junior will include, but not limited to;
- Liaising with contractors
- Maintaining the current processes and systems
- Implementing new systems where necessary
- Ensure all enquires are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating with all members of internal and external team
- Ordering supplies
- Ensure all office equipment is working and serviced regularly
- To make initial contact with all new enquires and tracing leads

Methodical
Ability to work on own initiative

Skills Required :
Good communications skills
Highly organised
Good level of IT skills
Confident on the telephone
