The successful candidate will need to be extremely organised with high attention to detail. Logistical and process driven with previous experience supporting a sales team. You will need to be conscientious, proactive, upbeat and professional. Excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive and hardworking team and business who offer genuine career progression for ambitious driven people.Main duties -- Chasing relevant info required to raise invoices-Responsible for smooth running of supplier relationships and management of queries as they arise- Processing all orders- Sending out order confirmations- Ensuring all file records are maintained- Ensuring CRM and Excel records are maintained- Log all queries on the system and deal with accordingly- Assist with weekly reports- Answering telephone in a timely and professional mannerKey skills -- Excellent telephone manner.- Experienced general administrative skills to facilitate an efficiently-run office.- Excellent grasp of Written and Spoken English.- Proficient Excel skills- Excels working in a fast paced and demanding role- Rapport building skills- Excellent Customer Service skills
