Job Description
- Supporting the Project Manager in their duties such as documentation, updating timelines, gathering requirements, organising meetings
- Administration support for the office and team, tasks will include:
- Ordering office items
- Setting up meetings
- Minutes
- Finding the location for the Christmas party
- Support with creating campaign project plans and assist in running campaigns from start to finish
- Be a point of contact for the wider JCDecaux team in other offices and responding with Dynamic and project updates
- Support with researching data sources, potential partners and campaign ideas for future projects

Personal Qualities :
- Proactive attitude
- An interest & passion in digital and tech is essential
- Strong relationship building skills
- Proactive attitude and eager to learn
- An interest in digital OOH and smart content
- Previous experience/work placement in a creative, media, tech or digital environment would be a bonus
Skills Required :
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident working with all levels of team members
- Experience with office support & admin tasks such as filing, inputting expenses, data entry and answering calls
- Previous experience in a tech, digital or creative office environment would be a bonus
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
