Job Description


  • Supporting the Project Manager in their duties such as documentation, updating timelines, gathering requirements, organising meetings

  • Administration support for the office and team, tasks will include:

    • Ordering office items

    • Setting up meetings

    • Minutes

    • Finding the location for the Christmas party



  • Support with creating campaign project plans and assist in running campaigns from start to finish

  • Be a point of contact for the wider JCDecaux team in other offices and responding with Dynamic and project updates

  • Support with researching data sources, potential partners and campaign ideas for future projects



We want you to learn and grow with us, so the tasks will start out simple and maybe even a bit boring, but will get bigger and better and more difficult pretty quickly.


Personal Qualities :

  • Proactive attitude

  • An interest & passion in digital and tech is essential

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Proactive attitude and eager to learn

  • An interest in digital OOH and smart content

  • Previous experience/work placement in a creative, media, tech or digital environment would be a bonus



Skills Required :

  • Strong administration skills and high attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Confident working with all levels of team members

  • Experience with office support & admin tasks such as filing, inputting expenses, data entry and answering calls

  • Previous experience in a tech, digital or creative office environment would be a bonus

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload



Future Prospects : Progression to full time Digital Project Manager.
