Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Helping to manage the data and pricing for the Wiltshire Farm Foods brochure and website.
- Data keying and proofreading in the PIM (Product Information Management) system – this impacts the website, brochure and every meal we sell so must be 100% accurate.
- Main Brochure – 124pp brochure detailing our offering of over 300 meals and desserts.
- Produced biannually with a print run each year of 1.2 million.
- Supporting Literature – supplement brochures, flyers, leaflets and materials to support new range launches and promote the brand. Data accuracy is vital.
- This project is key and involves managing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure we are 100% correct and on time.
Other general responsibilities:
- Administrative support to Head Office team.
- Dealing with general internal and external office enquiries.
- Planning, running, documenting and following up actions for meetings.
- Consumer research via web based questionnaires to highlight new opportunities for our meals range.
- Analyse and present sales data to identify trends and opportunities for meals range.
- Proofing of marketing materials.
- Organising and supporting internal and external meetings, food presentations and sampling sessions for marketing team.
- Managing promotional events such as Easter/Summer/Christmas - includes data accuracy, planning, and proof reading.
- Work with the digital team to understand the difference between offline and online customers and how we can improve our customer offer.
- Participate in events and Annual Conference as required.

Future Prospects : 92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programmes offer on-going development tracks.
