Job Description
The role will involve the following tasks:
- Assist the Manager & Deputy Manager in the daily running of the shop.
- Take responsibility for the operation of the shop in the absence of the Shop Manger (once fully trained)
- Help with daily tasks like sorting & pricing
- Deal with financial matters and some relevant paperwork
- Supervise & train other volunteers
- Till work, merchandising and general administrative tasks
Qualifications

Current or newly graduated students
Essential:
- Should be able to work at least one day at the weekend
- Honesty, reliability, integrity and commitment to the shop and Oxfam’s values.
- Capable of motivating teams as well as being able to work on your own.
- Hard working and a willingness to learn.
· Enjoy working in a friendly, fun and diverse team.
Desirabe but not essential:
- Be studying for a Business related degree
- Have worked in a shop before
