This is a dual-skilled role and here at Conduit we need energetic and hardworking people who enjoy the fast paced environment of call centre life to apply! The ideal candidate would be a team player who is willing to learn new skills. We need someone who is flexible and energetic, to work as part of our fast-paced team!
The main purpose of The Appointment Line call handling position is to receive inbound calls from patients who have received a GP referral and book those patients in for appointments to various NHS sectors. In line with business needs you’ll then have the opportunity to be up-skilled to take 111 non-urgent health care calls. As a 111 call handler you will prioritise patient calls and address non urgent care needs using critical thinking skills.
