Job Description
Customer service is key; you will be working in all areas of the business communicating with customers.
Duties include:
- You will be front of house so, you will be involved in all customer service aspects, and this could include customer complaints via phone, email, mail.
- Using telephones to reach out to customers.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or any problems.
- Working within Bar & Restaurant
- Looking after customers, serving food and drinks. Taking orders and bookings
- Some administration duties - helping with the ordering accounts you will have the opportunity to learn a great deal about a small business.
Personal Qualities :
We are looking for a self-motivated quick learner, reliable person with a positive attitude who can use their initiative. Someone who wants to get on in life . Good interpersonal skills.
Skills Required :
- Flexible, positive approach, maths and computer literate. Problem solving.
- Identify and assess the customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal customer/service expectations
- Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a time limit.
