Job Description
This role will teach the knowledge and skills needed to effectively plan, deliver/lead and evaluate a series of activities. These will include outdoors, exercise and fitness, and coaching and leadership, which relate to the different pathways within this apprenticeship.
The following are a non-exhaustive list of tasks that will form the main element of the role :
- To ensure all young people’s information is kept secure and updated on our live database
- To ensure all programme delivery is up to date and evidenced on our live database
- To support delivery staff during community based activity sessions. These sessions could be sport, art or educational
- To support staff to develop positive partnerships with other local organisations including voluntary sports clubs
- To support staff to ensure all volunteers who engage in the project activities feel they get a rewarding and enjoyable experience
