Data Administrator, Newcastle, 15000 + Bonus Financial Data Administrator, Newcastle, 15,000 + Bonus A brilliant job opportunity has arisen with a fantastic professional services company, based just outside Newcastle. Due to company growth, a position of a Financial Data Processor / Administrator has become available within their Newcastle site with the basic salary of 15000 + 6000 potential bonus. Your New Role Your new role as a Financial Data Administrator will include a combination of data entry and client relationship management. You will work in a large team and be involved in a number of processing, administration and data entry duties including processing new business, sales and members. As the Administrator, you will need to have strong communication skills and believe in providing excellent customer service as you will be assisting customers with a number of queries. Your data administration role will involve collating reports and information; and you will working through a task list and using initiative in order to enter data accurate and perform tasks involving customers' accounts eg. Closing account, changing aspects ect. Due to the nature of this role, you will be working to deadlines throughout the day and so you must be able to work to these targets and work well under pressure. As a Data processor / Data Analyst, your salary will be 15,000 with the potential increase this with a target based bonus of 6000. You will be working 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. What You'll Need To Succeed To succeed, you will need relevant experience in Data Processing, Analysis or Administration; and be PC literate, especially Microsoft Excel. You need to have the ability to enter large amounts of data efficiently and accurately and very strong and recent experience in administration or data entry is essential. This role would suit a recent graduate, ideally in a degree such as Business, Maths or Finance. Personality is key for this role as you will need to be ambitious with an outgoing and customer focussed nature. You need to have an analytic mind and a logical approach in order to solve problems presented with the data. You need to be able to remain calm under pressure, work to deadline and have very strong attention to detail. You must be presentable and have a good manner on the telephone.
