Recruitment Consultant Learning & Development AltrinchamSalary: 20-25k plus commission (30k first year OTE, 40/45k second year upwards) pension, healthcare, 28 days holiday plus Christmas shutdownAbout Us: Are you looking to join a forward thinking and fast moving business within the Learning and Development Sector? We are a fast growing business who are now looking to supplement our sales team with a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant. Rather than being pushy recruitment consultants, we position ourselves as business consultants who solve our clients problems to become the go to solution provider for recruitment and headhunting.The Role: You will report to the Divisional Manager for the team and will spend your time:Identifying top performers to introduce to prospective new employersIdentifying businesses within the sector who are recruitingWorking on retained and non-retained roles to search for candidates within Training companies, apprenticeship organisations, e-learning companies, managed service providers and other L&D related businesses.About You:This is predominately a telephone based role and would suit either a current Recruitment Consultant, Sales Executive or someone working within apprenticeship sales, account management or learning and development who would like to progress within a career within recruitment and headhunting.You need to be highly motivated with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.The role offers the opportunity to progress into an Account Management or Business Development Manager role.Benefits: We offer an excellent commission scheme and an environment where people really are rewarded for how well you work. We have quarterly targets for team incentives for things like The Comedy Store, The Belfry for golf or a spa day or a weekend trip to Rome. Each team has an end of year target for a 10% pay rise. We are a small and friendly team who really want each other to do well.
