Were one of the leading employment services providers, changing the lives of job seekers across the country by helping them get into work.What will the roles involve?In these roles you will support a caseload of customers currently in employment to expand on their existing skills and abilities. You will ensure that contractual sustainable targets are met. This will involve coaching and mentoring customers and using your experience and knowledge to offer advice, guidance and direction.Key accountabilities will include:Manage a caseload of customers currently in employment to up-skill existing skills and abilitiesCarry out regular assessments of customers to enable tailored support to be offered.Manage and review your caseload, planning future pipelines of activity to ensure service provision is fully utilised.Deliver tailored delivery programmes to groups of customers to help them progress.Liaise with referral bodies and other departments to assist in monitoring and processing of customer details and information.Attend and assist in out of office hours marketing events as appropriate.Contribute to the sharing of good practice and support continuous improvement.Work with your wider team to share best practice and understand local market requirements.Participate directly or indirectly in marketing the Companys services to employers, colleges and training providers.Actively contribute to maintenance of a professional and welcoming environmentPromote a positive image of the Company and all of the services it delivers.To assist with other duties within the scope and nature of the position such as training and development of new staff.Your application should be able to demonstrate:Experience working in a coaching, information, advice and guidance capacityExperience running creative workshops, particularly those around job search, employability skills, career development and confidence buildingExisting experience in the employability or careers sector would be really helpful.Any previous experience of Assessing would be an advantage but not essentialMust hold a level 3 or above teaching qualificationExperience of delivery in either Customer Service, Business Administration or Management.Whats in it for you?We pride ourselves in the career training and development our colleagues receive, and we continuously strive to improve our ways of working.
