Apprentice AdministratorThe position is part time and will be based at our Watford office. Main duties will be to support the HR/Training Department: Arrange and send out diary invites for training courses, including sourcing location links. Update the Training bookings on a monthly basis onto an Excel spreadsheet. Log and update Continued Professional Development training for all staff on the in-house database (People Inc.). Log and update Student recruitment applications to Excel. Load all ACA and Work Placement vacancies to the ICAEW website and refresh monthly when they expire. Send and log rejection emails to all applicants. Assist the L&D Co-Ordinator with arranging Webinars. Assist the L&D Co-Ordinator with preparing for Student inductions. Book and set up meeting rooms for in-house training and Webinars. Complete holiday and sickness checking on a monthly basis. Dealing with general scanning/filing and administrative tasks.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have the following skills: Confidential nature due to dealing with personal and sensitive information. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent inter-personal skills, working well with colleagues and clients. Good verbal and face-to-face communication. IT competent and be familiar with computerised packages (i.e. Microsoft). The ability to remain calm and composed in all situations. To be able to work in a fast-paced and busy office. The ability to work on own initiative and be proactive at all times.Apprentice AdministratorEmployment Details Part time hours of work: 9.00 am 5.30 pm with 1 hour for lunch each day, 3 days per week. Remuneration will be dependent on experience. The package will include: Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme (Employer: 5%; Employee: 3%) subject to eligibility. Annual Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 weeks salary. Private Medical Insurance following completion of a 3 month probationary period (this is a taxable benefit). Group Income Protection Scheme (non contributory) following completion of a 3 month probationary period. Death In Service scheme cover (4x salary). Annual Leave will be 23 days per annum, 3 days are normally taken at Christmas/New Year.
