Trainer/Assessor Early Years ProgrammesHere, at eTraining Ltd, we believe in quality, unparalleled training and customer service and we are excited to be looking for a trainer/assessor in Early Years to join our team. We are an Ofsted grade 2 (aspiring to grade 1) training provider delivering Apprenticeships and Diplomas from level 2 to level 7 in a variety of fields across the South East of England. We can offer an expanding company giving plenty of room for personal development and promotion through taking on bigger roles. We are a small friendly company who have great Christmas parties!What skills are we looking for?- Proven experience training and assessing Early Years diplomas at level 2 and possibly level 3 - An in depth knowledge of the early years industry - - Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills- Ability to build and nurture business relationships- Good understanding of training and how it is beneficial in business- Moderate degree of computer literacy, using Office. - Energy and enthusiasm- Honesty and integrity- Current, clean drivers license- Smart in appearance. For the role you will be required to:- Manage your own case load of learners keeping high success rates - Manage you own diary to meet targets- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Early Years programmes - Be aware of developments in Government funded training - Ensure that at all times that your paperwork and administration are up to date- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skillsInitially this will be a freelance position and for the right person could develop into a full time role.
