Job Description
The Role:
This role involves administration, working on a PC and some hands on helping in production including the movement of stock items. You need to be able to work individually and as part of a team. You will have a varied role to help the business run smoothly.
Some of your day to day responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming visitors.
- Handling mail.
- Making and receiving telephone calls.
- Managing diaries, meetings and events.
- Producing documents and presentations.
- Managing admin systems and office equipment.

Skills Required :
- Confident telephone manner.
- IT literate with accurate data entry.
- Good general numeracy and literacy.
- Team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Future Prospects : For the right candidate on completion of this apprenticeship there is a possibility that you may be invited to undertake further training to assist with your development in the role.
